First off, the two: faceless-with-martinis shots… are killer.

As for your New Years, I’m lovin’ your perspective on it.
So many people get caught-up in the hype-crap, that they miss the fact it’s just another night. Spending it with your favorites is the only way to do the milestone nights.

Oh, and if you can find the Stoneboat 2005 Pinotage (B.C) it will cure that chardonnay-thing you got goin on….

We were in bed by 11. The chicken looks cooked and sometimes the meat on the bone looks like that. There’s nothing wrong with it. Don’t sweat it.

What’s your current favorite grape/appellation? I prefer reds, namely cab, zin and pinot noir but we’ve got some Fillaboa that is a spanish white that i’m not familiar with but is really good.
