I NEED A HAIR CUT
The appointment is next Saturday. Tell me what to do.
CLARIFICATION: I should specify that I am not willing to chop my locks off. I haven’t had short hair since sixth grade and for good reason. We’re keepin’ it long here, folks.

You have a very pretty face and strong cheek bones. You should go drastic and opt for a pixie or a short bob. Something like this would look good on you.
It looks like your hair was layered before to come degree. I’d say stick with layers and maybe get it trimmed an inch or two. I think when hair gets to be too long you lose the layers and the effect of them.
Hmm.. Maybe I should make a hair appointment too. I am so way overdue for a trim and color. :-p

@Dan – I should also clarify that I am not going to go for highlights in any crazy colour, or anything extreme for that matter. Haha – I’m pushing 30, not 19…

…juuust jokes. I’m relieved that you’re not going to do anything drastic ’cause your mane looks great now. I think just a little trimmy is all you should get. I also support the bangs suggestions.
I must mention as well, that I was just looking at a recent photo of Gwyneth and her shorter style looks pretty amazing. That would, of course, involve some chopping though.

Kidding aside, maybe do shoulder length cut? But you shouldn’t really listen hair advise from a guy.

Ouu whose Jack? Hehe. Your hair is always fabulous! I would also support the bangs, maybe throw some higlights in to freshen up the color? I know that’s what I would do If I were to spend money! More layers is always great too.

after reading the comments/suggestions, i have to say…DONT do bangs! long bangs are super-hot and guys dig it when you girls do the “tuck behind the ear” thing when we say something clever.
even though “bangs” are all the rage, the only thing more stylish than “bangs” is “no-bangs”.
here’s what I would do:
how about 3″ off the length (all around) w/ a straight-razor finish on the ends to add some “flare”. finish that off w/ taking off some of the weight on the crown w/ the aforementioned straight-razor for a look that’s less heavy.
tease out the ends w/ a nice bumble/bumble pomade (i recommend sumoTECH) and watch the magic happen.
sharp-edges on those longs bangs will look wicked-hot under your winter hat/beanie/scarf combo.
