I wrote a little one myself here that you might like to have a bit of a read.

On the whole, I agree with you but I think Jeff Bridges wasn’t so good as Obediah Stane… Couldn’t put my finger on weather it was Bridges or the dialogue at fault though.

I really enjoyed iron man and look forward to the inevitable sequel very much.

I too had no idea what this movie was about when my friends took me too it on opening night. I hadn’t even seen a preview. I normally don’t go for comic book movies either but this is one that I could watch over and over.
