Great news about BC Housing's attempts to get a outreach program installed! Last thing needed it an increase in homeless population (anywhere that is!) And it's dissapointing to read about possible future development of the Hamilton marsh... the development of land is unstoppable and it's just going to continue on until there is nothing left to develop :-( Let's hope they can save this area...
