It’s about damn time.

After a long, cold, rainy, windy winter, it’s finally starting to feel like spring has arrived in Vancouver. To be honest, the continuous rain was becoming quite depressing. I walked to Kitsilano this afternoon to meet a friend for coffee and pick up a new pair of snowboard pants (being as I ripped a 9″ hole up the ass crack of my old ones last time I went snowboarding). Coffee with Pete was wonderful, and I scooped up a great deal at Westbeach. A pair of black Volcom riding pants that were regularly $249.99 plus tax, on sale for $99.99 plus tax. Last pair, my size. Well, not really…there were no smalls left but the mediums have belt loops, so I’m sure I’ll be fine. Not that you really need to know that. Anyways, you can follow the link at the left to see more pictures that I took along my walk.

If you’re bored this afternoon, here are a couple more video clips to keep you amused. Both are from Jackass Number Two which, while not an overly intelligent movie, supplies primal laughs. The first clip was of one of my favourite skits: The Valentine. Watch out for potty mouths.

This second video clip depicts Weeman’s battle with the “card throwing machine.” Don’t say I didn’t warn you about naked bum.
