This is what I look like when I smile.

Another weekend come and gone, each one breezing by more quickly than the last. Miss Emily Dyck was in town to celebrate her 19th birthday, so a bunch of us made sure that it was a weekend to make her feel celebrated. On Friday, I hosted a mini dinner party for Emily with Brock, Jessi, Austin, Jayma and myself in attendance. We feasted on enchiladas, addictive guacamole, chocolate torte and copious amounts of alcohol. Jessi was blitzed. Emily, on the other hand, is seemingly building quite the tolerance. I’m not yet sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. On Saturday, after a day of shopping and some hang time at the studio, some of the hottest boiz in the city showed Emily what it means to dance like a Celebrity. It was hot and sweaty. And totally awesome. In case we forgot to say it, Em…

Happy Birthday!

This week is nearly over for me. Only two more days of work left until I ship on out on the ferry to return to Vancouver Island and spend a fabulous day snowboarding (pray for fresh powder!) with Rebecca. As always, of course, I’m looking forward to spending q.t. with my mom and Aunt. I only wish my brother wasn’t slaving away in the North for coin. He is, however, making quite a bit of it, so I’m actually pretty happy for him.
Um, that’s it for now.

Oh and also…I’m pretty stoked on life and where I’m at these days.

Love you.

Aww you two are completely adorable!
I just wrote a huge comment…and then blogger decided to shut down on me! Geesh!

Anyways, in it I was letting you in on two of my most precious finds! Since you seem to enjoy your wine just as much as myself I thought I’d let you in!

Red Mood-

Alexander Valley’s “Sin Zin” Zinfandel that even the boys love! Who wouldn’t love a glass of sin! Right!?! You would absolutely love it I’m sure! (california) they also make a “temptaion” and a “Redemption” which are also amazing ;)

White Mood-

Sokol Blosser’s “Evolution” a Varietal of grapes, and it will make you feel as if you’ve just stepped into an orchard. (But not too sweet!) Mmm. Makes a red wine girl into a white wine girl!

I know I seem like a cheesy advertisement, hahah but you my dear will fall in love as I have!

Love you!
kisses to you!

Kat
